What’s included in the package?
Accommodation
Stay on campus at Newbold College, surrounded by nature and an international atmosphere. Accommodation includes twin rooms with shared bathrooms, plus access to a student kitchen and laundry facilities.
Meals
All programmes include freshly prepared meals served in the campus dining hall — two or three meals per day, depending on your course, in a warm and welcoming environment.
Classes
Morning theoretical lessons and afternoon workshops, group projects, and campus activities to enhance learning.
Educational and recreational trips
Includes visits to London. Visits to iconic UK landmarks, museums, cultural sites, and technology hubs tailored to each course
Airport Transfers
Pick-up and drop-off from/to London airports (Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton) included.
Certificates
All students receive internationally recognized certificates upon course completion.
*Not included: airfare (purchased by the student), travel insurance, personal expenses (snacks, extra transport, souvenirs, etc.), and tickets for tourist attractions.

Is two weeks enough to improve my English?
Yes. This is an intensive program (15 hours of classes per week) with full immersion alongside international students on campus. It strengthens speaking, listening, and confidence in a short period. While it doesn’t promise native fluency, it delivers measurable and noticeable progress.
What if my English is very basic? Will I still benefit?
Absolutely. The program is designed to support students at all levels. The placement test ensures you’re placed in a class that matches your current ability, so you can progress at your own pace and benefit fully from the experience.
When does the course take place?
Courses are offered in January and July, lasting 2 weeks. Arrivals are on Sundays (with airport transfer included), and return to Brazil takes place after course completion.
Is travel insurance really mandatory?
Yes. International travel insurance is required for entry into the UK. Policies issued by credit card companies, travel agencies, or specialized providers are accepted. Our team can guide you on how to obtain the correct insurance, but we do not issue policies ourselves, as we are an educational institution, not a travel agency.
How does payment work?
Once you complete your registration, we’ll send you the available payment plans and detailed instructions. Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer through a secure online payment link — fast, convenient, and safe. Currency exchange services are not required, as everything is handled online in a transparent and straightforward way. You’ll know exactly when, how, and how much you’ll pay.
Arrivals and transfers: What time should I arrive? What if my flight is delayed?
Arrival is recommended on Sunday. After purchasing your flight, please email us your flight details. Upon landing, connect your phone to the airport’s free Wi-Fi to stay in contact with our team. If your flight is delayed or canceled, notify us immediately using the support number provided. Your airport transfer will be rescheduled as needed, and all updates will be shared via message. Round-trip transfer between Heathrow Airport and the campus is included.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
The registration fee is non-refundable. Cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling are possible up to 60 days before the course start date. For full details, please contact our support team.
What is the deadline to confirm my enrollment?
To ensure the best experience for our students, enrollment is accepted up to 60 days before the course start date. If there are fewer than 60 days remaining, we recommend registering for the next available group.
